When is the INFINOX rebate paid? Payout cycle explained

When your rebate arrives depends on the payout cycle and the broker's settlement timing.

Common cycles

• Daily: settled each day, usually credited within a few business days.
• Weekly: settled each week.
• Monthly: settled each month.

Why payouts can be delayed

The broker can confirm the IB commission only after the trade settlement is complete, so the rebate is usually credited later than the trade settlement; weekends and holidays can push it further.

How to verify a payout

Use the rebate calculator to estimate monthly rebate as rebate per lot x lot size x trades, then compare with what was credited. If it is overdue, contact support to check the link and payout cycle.
